What we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy covers veronapergolas.com, run by Verona Pergolas & Awnings (a DBA of TeamTech Security). Questions about it go to info@veronapergolas.com or 267-612-4055.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a measurement or contact us, we ask for:
- your name, phone number, email and ZIP code;
- whether the project is for a home or a business, and your timing;
- the configuration you picked in the price calculator (size, screens, options);
- any comment or photo of the space you choose to send.
The price calculator itself works without any personal information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we receive basic technical data: browser type, device, pages visited, the site that sent you here and campaign tags in the link (UTM). We use it in aggregate to see which pages help visitors and which ads work.
How we use it
- to call or email you about your project, schedule the visit and prepare an estimate;
- to keep a record of requests and jobs;
- to keep spam and abuse out of our forms;
- to understand and improve how the site works.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Who helps us process it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: website hosting and spam protection, email delivery, a messaging app that alerts our team about new requests, and website analytics. They handle data only to provide their service to us.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, stores the requests and photos you send, and checks that forms are filled in by people, not bots.
- Brevo: sends email, including the notification to our team and the confirmation we send to you.
- Telegram: delivers an alert about each new request, with the photos you attached, to our team.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: give us anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site.
Cookies
The site uses cookies or similar storage for spam protection and for Google Analytics, and to remember small settings in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep request details as long as we need them to work on your project and for our business records, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Emailinfo@veronapergolas.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning a home or business project. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
