Retractable awning with LED arms
A wide motorized awning across the back wall, with LED lighting in the arms and a wall remote.
Shade when you want it, open sky when you don't. Motorized or manual, sized to your wall and installed by our own crew.

Both roll out the same shade. The difference is how you open it.
Press a button on the remote and the awning rolls out or back in. We wire the motor during the install.
Best for
A hand crank opens and closes it. Simple, no wiring, and a lower price.
Best for
An awning mounts to the wall of the house, so the shade starts right at your door.

Cool down a deck that gets full afternoon sun without adding posts.

Shade for the table and the lounge chairs, rolled away when the sun goes down.

A louvered pergola closes fully and stays out in any weather.
We go through each of these with you during the site visit.
We install both, so we'll recommend the one that fits how you use the space.
Attaches to the house and rolls away when you do not need it. Lower cost, lighter look.
Best for
A permanent roof with louvers that open, tilt and close. Works in rain, has lights built in.

Price depends on three things. We confirm it in writing after the measurement.

As an example, a 12 × 10 ft awning runs about $3,500 before installation. That is a ballpark. Your price depends on the width, how far it reaches out and whether you want a motor. We give you a firm price after measuring on site.
Up to 10 feet from the wall. If you need to cover a deeper space, a louvered pergola is the better fit.
Production takes about two and a half months after the deposit. Installation is quick once it arrives.
If you'll open it most days, a motor is worth it: one button and it's out. A manual crank costs less and has no wiring.
An awning is for sun and light weather. Roll it in for storms and strong wind. If you want cover in the rain too, look at a louvered pergola.
The example price is for the awning only. Installation is quoted after we measure, so your final estimate covers both. We mount the awning to your wall, wire the motor if you choose one and show you how to use it.
